Why I wanted to blog

I was always fascinated with greeting cards. Started making simple cards using wooden block stamps. Over time I’ve developed the skills and upgraded my tools for creating cards my friends love. Persuaded by them, and my abundance of ideas I’ve turned my hobby into a small business.

Part of my draw to cards is the message. Finding just the right wording. My collection of stamps has grown to the point I can offer my customers a choice of sentiments. And that’s what I want to do, get my customers involved in selecting the right words for the recipient. What better place than a blog to spread my message?

It turns out I’ve been discovering a lot of interesting things I can make from paper too. From beads for dangly earrings to 3-D butterflies that are magnets. Hence the name Paper Crafted Bliss for my Etsy shop which I opened 12/15/22. My Facebook page (same name) started spring of 2022. I documented my pop-up shop experiences and a trip to the only home Lincoln owned, a prolific writer. And please stop back, have tips for blank notecards, fun customer stories and more ideas for future posts.
